About the role

Wing Data is seeking freelance Swahili speakers to help train next‑generation AI systems through audio and video recordings. This project‑based role offers flexible hours and tasks that range from short 5‑minute sessions to several hours of work.

Key responsibilities

• Record clear audio and video clips following provided scripts or on‑screen instructions.
• Label, review, and annotate recordings as required by the study.
• Ensure recordings are captured in a quiet, suitable environment.
• Follow detailed task guidelines to maintain data quality.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Swahili speaker.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a device capable of audio/video recording.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and meet quality standards.
