Android Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Android Developer to design, build, and maintain high‑quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about mobile technology, writes clean and efficient code, and works closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced applications for the Android platform using Kotlin or Java.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code and integrate backend services via APIs and third‑party libraries.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness, and continuously improve performance.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs, and participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Stay up to date with the latest Android trends, tools, and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Android Developer with published apps on Google Play.
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Android Studio, and development tools.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third‑party libraries.
• Familiarity with Android UI/UX principles and Material Design.
• Understanding of databases such as SQLite or Room and offline storage solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
