Bilingual Legal Assistant

About the role

Rubenstein Law Firm is seeking a proactive and highly organized Legal Assistant to support its personal injury practice. The position is on‑site in either Córdoba or Buenos Aires and involves close interaction with clients and external institutions. You will play a key part in ensuring cases move smoothly from intake through pre‑litigation stages.

Key responsibilities

• Client follow‑up: maintain constant and effective communication with clients.
• Institutional liaison: coordinate with hospitals, police stations, insurance companies, and other relevant entities.
• Case management: handle a large portfolio of personal injury cases, ensuring each receives appropriate attention.
• Task prioritization: organize and prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency.
• Therapy scheduling: arrange physical therapy sessions and follow up with clients.
• Confidentiality: manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year of experience working in a legal environment, preferably with personal injury matters.
• Strong verbal and written English proficiency (minimum B2 level).

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
