Commercial Sales Specialist

About the role

Alpine Sweets Kenya is seeking a Commercial Sales Specialist to join its Nairobi team on a full‑time, hybrid basis. The role focuses on delivering compelling sales presentations, uncovering new business opportunities and nurturing lasting customer relationships to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations that highlight the value of Alpine Sweets’ artisanal chocolate products.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities, targeting both existing and prospective clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and closing.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets in line with company growth objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales presentations and communicating product value.
• Track record of new business development and meeting sales targets in a competitive market.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative, on‑site environment in Nairobi.
• Knowledge of artisanal or luxury food products and familiarity with the Kenyan market is a plus.
• Relevant degree or certifications in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field preferred.
