Finance Associate – Payments Reconciliation

About the role
NALA is looking for a Finance Associate to support daily finance operations and ensure accurate reconciliation of payments. You will work closely with Treasury, Operations, and Compliance teams to keep financial records precise and help automate reconciliation processes.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliations between internal systems and partner accounts.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, escalating complex cases when needed.
- Maintain accurate reconciliation records and generate required reports.
- Verify and process provider invoices and charges.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on reconciliation automation projects.
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1‑2 years of experience in finance operations, payments processing, or reconciliation.
- Professional qualifications in progress (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving attitude.
