About the role
The FMCG Marketing Specialist will drive brand visibility and growth across both online and offline channels. Working closely with sales, product, and creative teams, you will create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with consumers and support business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and launch marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media.
- Manage social media platforms, producing engaging content and monitoring community interaction.
- Coordinate promotional events, product launches, and other brand activation activities.
- Support brand management to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics.
- Collaborate with sales and cross‑functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Monitor customer feedback and market trends to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
