About the role
TalentWorldGroup is seeking a bilingual French‑speaking professional to provide first‑level customer support for an online travel platform. The position is fully remote and involves handling inbound and outbound calls, managing cases, and ensuring high‑quality assistance for homeowners and travelers.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound and make outbound customer service calls.
- Manage case tickets, log interactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with bookings, modifications, cancellations, and deposit claims.
- Escalate complex complaints and provide timely resolutions.
- Analyze call data and share feedback with internal teams.
- Stay updated on platform and process changes.
Required profile
- Professional‑level French (C2) and fluent English.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call‑center environment.
- Ability to multitask between live calls and case handling.
- Strong computer literacy and experience working online.
- Clear, empathetic communication under pressure.
Required skills
- Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
- Familiarity with Slack or other team‑collaboration tools.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and standard office applications.
