Fullstack Developer (Kenya)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Fullstack Developer to design, develop, and maintain both front‑end and back‑end components of our web applications. You will build scalable solutions, integrate APIs, and ensure high performance and security while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front‑end and back‑end features.
• Build responsive, user‑friendly web interfaces.
• Design and integrate APIs and database solutions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders on project requirements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and system improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation and development workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer or Software Engineer.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Understanding of web application architecture, security, and scalability.

Required skills

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern front‑end frameworks.
• Back‑end languages such as Node.js, Python, Java or PHP.
• SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Version control with Git.
