About the role

BagginsHQ is looking for a Head of Sales / Regional Sales Lead to drive commercial growth across East Africa. Based in Kenya, you will lead a team of Tech Sales Executives and be directly responsible for achieving monthly revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive regional revenue growth and consistently meet monthly targets.
  • Close high‑value B2B technology deals for core solutions such as website development, CRM, ERP and mobile applications.
  • Recruit, train, supervise and replace Tech Sales Executives across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Burundi and South Sudan.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, manage outreach, proposals, follow‑ups and conversions.
  • Document all sales activity in approved company systems.

Required profile

  • Proven leadership experience in technology sales with a results‑driven mindset.
  • Ability to recruit, develop and manage a regional sales team.
  • Comfortable selling premium technology solutions to B2B clients.
  • Based in Kenya and able to work on‑site.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate measurable revenue within the first two months.

Required skills

    What we offer

    • Monthly retainer of Ksh 30,000 plus Ksh 10,000 facilitation for the first two months.
    • Performance bonuses up to Ksh 120,000 for exceeding revenue milestones.
    • Opportunity to lead commercial expansion across multiple East African markets.
