Health & Safety Specialist – Warehouse

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Health & Safety Specialist to lead safety initiatives within our warehouse environment. You will ensure compliance with occupational health regulations, reduce risks, and foster a culture of safety among all staff.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily safety inspections across the warehouse, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop, deliver, and evaluate regular safety training sessions and emergency drills for all warehouse personnel.
• Compile accurate daily and monthly safety reports, maintaining comprehensive records for internal review and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with operations teams to integrate safety improvements into daily workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in health and safety management, preferably in a factory or warehouse setting.
• Strong knowledge of local occupational health and safety legislation and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
