Information Technology Specialist

About the role

The Information Technology Specialist will manage and optimise workplace technology systems, SaaS platforms and identity‑integrated services for daily business operations. You will ensure that all systems remain secure, scalable, efficient and user‑friendly while supporting internal teams across productivity, access management and technical operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimise workplace SaaS applications such as O365, Atlassian, Azure, AWS and Zoom, monitoring health, licences and user access.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes with clean provisioning and de‑provisioning across platforms.
• Assist with SSO integrations, SCIM provisioning and IAM workflows, enforcing least‑privilege access.
• Develop scripts or low‑code workflows (PowerShell, Python) to automate SaaS operations and lifecycle tasks.
• Respond to escalations, monitor SaaS health, document solutions in internal knowledge bases.
• Participate in SaaS rollouts, integrations, tool rationalisation and audit support.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in workplace technology, SaaS engineering or enterprise IT administration.
• Hands‑on experience with O365, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Zoom or equivalent tools.
• Familiarity with identity protocols such as SAML, SCIM, OAuth and SSO integrations.
• Strong scripting or workflow automation skills (PowerShell, Python).
• Ability to work across teams in a fast‑paced environment.
