Lead Product Manager (Content)

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager (Content) to own and evolve the content programming of Simple Move, our new AI‑driven health product. You will shape the end‑to‑end experience, from defining program road‑maps to driving the metrics that prove impact on user retention and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Own and improve core product metrics such as trial‑to‑paid conversion, first‑workout completion, and 6‑week plan completion.
• Define the coach persona, its communication channels (workout, chat, CRM, push) and memory of user interactions.
• Run rapid experimentation loops on welcome workouts, weekly drops, coach chat, educational content and CRM messages.
• Design and maintain the topic roadmap and 6‑week block structure in partnership with the SME Content Methodologist and external master trainers.
• Develop the in‑product programming experience, including discovery, feedback, and nudging mechanisms.
• Scale content production with the Content Producer, balancing speed, cost and quality across studio shoots and AI‑generated assets.
• Analyze product data directly to identify retention and engagement opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading product or content programs for consumer‑facing digital health or wellness applications.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define, track and act on product metrics.
• Experience designing conversational experiences (AI, human‑in‑the‑loop or hybrid).
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with SMEs, designers, engineers and external trainers.
• Comfort with fast‑paced experimentation and data‑driven decision making.
