Manager, Procurement and Administration

About the role

BRAC Kenya Company Limited is seeking a Manager to lead its procurement, administration, logistics, fleet and contract management functions. The role will ensure efficient, cost-effective, and compliant acquisition of goods and services to support the company’s rapid branch expansion and digital-first operating model.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and enforce policies, procedures and SOPs for procurement, administration, logistics, fleet and contract management across all locations.
• Manage the full procurement and contract lifecycle, including vendor selection, negotiation, performance monitoring and compliance.
• Coordinate logistics and fleet operations to guarantee timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and oversee supply-chain activities to achieve value-for-money outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, Credit Operations and Business Development to meet operational and infrastructure needs.
• Ensure all activities adhere to BRAC Kenya policies, regulatory standards and the digital-first model.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing procurement, contract administration, logistics and fleet functions in a fast-growing organization.
• Strong understanding of vendor management, supply-chain processes and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, HR, IT and business development teams.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a focus on cost efficiency.
