ODOO Accountant (On‑site, Nairobi)

About the role

Innovus Group is seeking an experienced ODOO Accountant to join its Nairobi office. This full‑time, on‑site position will support the finance team by managing financial records on the ODOO platform and ensuring accurate reporting for strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accounting and financial records using ODOO accounting software.
• Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and analyses.
• Track and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide accurate financial data for business decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is a plus.
• Prior experience in accounting roles, preferably within finance or technology sectors.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ODOO accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
