Online Ordering Specialist – Freelance Project

About the role

We are looking for independent Online Ordering Implementation Experts to guide restaurants and merchants through the setup of commission‑free online ordering pages. The role is fully remote and focuses on ensuring seamless integration with existing websites, Google My Business, and Google Food Ordering.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct autonomous onboarding sessions, walking merchants through full online ordering setup and testing all links.
• Customize or build merchant websites to match brand guidelines and meet design standards.
• Integrate restaurant POS systems (e.g., Toast) and manage dual‑menu configurations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure all ordering links function correctly across platforms.

Required profile

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• Detail‑oriented communication skills for virtual client engagement.
• Comfort with data‑driven decision‑making and structured questioning.

Required skills

• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
• HTML/CSS or basic website customization
• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems, especially Toast
