Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and detail‑oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role you will play a key part in identifying talent, managing the hiring process, and supporting the onboarding of new employees to meet our growing workforce needs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels.
• Screen CVs, shortlist suitable applicants, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
• Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and metrics.
• Help fulfill manpower requirements within established timelines.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organization and coordination abilities.
• Experience in recruitment is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
