Senior Salesforce Administrator (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our fully remote team. The role focuses on optimizing and automating our Salesforce environment, ensuring best‑practice configuration and delivering scalable solutions for internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Flows (screen, record‑triggered, etc.).
• Manage and optimize configurations, including objects, fields, permissions, and page layouts.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Perform data‑management tasks such as imports, exports, and data cleanup.
• Enhance automation through validation rules, workflows, and other tools.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide end‑user support.
• Collaborate with development teams on integrations and platform enhancements.
• Document system configurations, processes, and best practices.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce Flows and automation.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data models and platform capabilities.
• Experience managing users, roles, profiles, and permissions.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) and excellent communication skills.
