Solar Energy After-Sales Service Manager & Engineer

About the role

The After‑Sales Service Manager and Engineer will lead the post‑sale support for solar inverter and battery installations. You will ensure customers receive timely technical assistance and that service standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the after‑sales service process for solar inverter and battery products.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities on site.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for a range of brands.
• Coordinate with customers to schedule service visits and resolve issues.
• Maintain service documentation, reports, and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience installing or maintaining solar inverters and battery systems.
• Relevant electrical certification (T2 or T3) is a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Required skills

• Solar inverter installation and maintenance.
• Battery system servicing.
• Familiarity with Victron, Huawei, Deye, Growatt, Felicity, Srne, Must, Goodwe, Solis, Dyness, and Fox products.
