Warehouse Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Specialist to manage daily inbound and outbound shipments, maintain accurate inventory records, and support overall warehouse efficiency. The role involves hands‑on work with warehouse equipment and collaboration with the logistics team to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely processing.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Optimize warehouse processes to improve work efficiency.
• Maintain warehouse equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Assist with additional warehouse‑related tasks as needed.

Required profile

• College degree or diploma in Logistics Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse management or operations.
• Good communication skills and a strong teamwork spirit.
• Ability to operate a forklift; certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Warehouse Management System (WMS) proficiency.
• Forklift operation.
