Wellsite Drilling Supervisor

About the role

As a Wellsite Drilling Supervisor you are the on‑site leader responsible for executing the well program safely, on time and within budget. You act as the primary point of contact for the customer, rig contractors and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination across drilling, completions and workover activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all HSE activities on the wellsite, conduct morning safety meetings and manage emergency response.
• Supervise day‑to‑day operations according to the well program, plan rig moves and keep the schedule on track.
• Coordinate logistics, ensure equipment and personnel are mobilised and demobilised efficiently, and maintain accurate Daily Drilling Reports and KPIs.
• Oversee equipment condition, certification compliance and support field personnel during equipment failures or complex situations.
• Document lessons learned and provide technical guidance to the crew.

Required profile

• Proven leadership ability in high‑pressure field environments.
• Strong understanding of drilling and workover processes and resource management.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accurate reporting and handovers.
• Effective problem‑solver who can keep projects on track safely.
