Account Executive

About the role

Our client, an international Fertility Centre, is looking for a dynamic and results‑driven Account Executive to join their growing sales team. You will manage client relationships, uncover new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and present appropriate products or services.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular sales reports.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to read Thai and Mandarin.
