About the role
We are seeking a diligent Accounts & Procurement Officer to join our finance team in Nairobi. This full‑time position is open to female candidates with a solid background in both accounting and procurement, supporting day‑to‑day financial operations and supplier management.
Key responsibilities
- Handle day‑to‑day accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, preparing invoices and payment vouchers.
- Prepare financial reports and perform bank and supplier reconciliations.
- Process purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Monitor stock levels and supplier accounts.
- Support general finance and procurement operations.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in both accounting and procurement.
- Good knowledge of accounting procedures and procurement processes.
- CPA qualification or ongoing CPA studies is an added advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with accounting software.
