Administrative & Sales Team Manager

About the role

The company is looking for an experienced, organised and results‑driven professional to lead both administrative operations and a sales team. The role combines staff supervision, office management and the responsibility of achieving sales targets in a software environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day‑to‑day activities of the sales and administrative team.
• Monitor staff performance, productivity, attendance and discipline.
• Coordinate daily administrative and office operations.
• Set, monitor and follow up on team sales targets.
• Ensure consistent customer follow‑ups and sales activities.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Prepare team performance and administrative reports.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure company policies, procedures and standards are followed.
• Motivate and coordinate the team toward achieving company targets.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 30 years.
• Proven experience in team management and staff supervision.
• Strong experience in administration and office management.
• Experience managing a sales or target‑driven team (highly preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage performance and hold team members accountable.
• Good reporting, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional, disciplined, proactive and results‑oriented attitude.
