Alcohol Sales Representative

About the role

The Alcohol Sales Representative will drive revenue growth for our alcoholic beverage portfolio across the Westlands region. You will work closely with distributors, retailers and on‑trade partners to expand market share and ensure product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales, revenue and distribution targets.
• Execute territory sales plans, identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into active accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with appointed distributors, monitor their performance and support them in planning and execution.
• Develop relationships with wholesalers, supermarkets, bars, hotels, restaurants and clubs; conduct regular visits and negotiate trade terms.
• Implement route‑to‑market strategies to improve product availability, expand numeric and weighted distribution and enter underserved markets.
• Ensure in‑store and outlet execution through merchandising and trade‑marketing activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of sales experience, preferably in the alcoholic beverage sector.
• Mid‑level professional with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
