Assistant Manager Learning & Development

About the role

The Assistant Manager Learning & Development coordinates, conducts and supervises all training activities for the hotel operation, ensuring they align with both international and domestic operational policies. You will be responsible for designing and delivering general, technical, and leadership training modules while maintaining up‑to‑date training materials and equipment. The role also requires close collaboration with the Human Resources Manager and department heads to keep training records accurate and communication clear.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver general training courses for hotel staff.
• Supervise departmental technical and skills training programs.
• Collaborate with regional or corporate training teams to implement basic leadership training.
• Maintain and update professional training materials and equipment.
• Inform the Human Resources Manager of all training activities and ensure proper documentation.
• Foster strong relationships with supervisors, departmental training coordinators, and department heads.

Required profile

• Relevant degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years hotel experience as a trainer.
