Associate Business Consultant

About the role

Neptune Software Ltd is seeking an Associate Business Consultant to act as the bridge between business operations and technical teams. You will translate banking‑sector requirements into practical software solutions, ensuring implementations deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
• Design workflows and processes aligned with business objectives.
• Customize and configure software applications to meet organizational needs.
• Conduct system testing, identify issues, and ensure solutions function correctly before deployment.
• Educate end‑users, facilitate adoption, and provide ongoing support.
• Collaborate with technical consultants, project managers, and cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Finance or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in the banking industry or a software company.
• Optional certifications such as PMP or OCA are a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in a team‑oriented environment.
