B2B Export Sales Agent

About the role

The B2B Export Sales Agent will drive international business growth for a packaging and manufacturing services provider. Working from our Westlands office, you will identify new overseas buyers, present tailored solutions and manage the full sales cycle to expand our export footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Research and target potential international distributors, manufacturers and corporate customers.
• Generate qualified leads through outbound outreach, trade directories, digital platforms and networking.
• Conduct sales meetings, present product offerings and prepare quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, order processing and timely customer communication.
• Maintain a robust pipeline, track performance metrics and report on market trends.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Commerce or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in export sales, B2B sales or international business development.
• Experience in packaging, manufacturing, FMCG or industrial products is an advantage.
• Proven ability to generate leads, build client relationships and close sales.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using a CRM system.
