About the role
The Bicycle Sales Representative will develop channel sales strategies, monitor performance and build strong relationships with new and existing clients in the Buruburu area. The role focuses on driving sales growth and expanding the company’s market presence while working independently within an assigned territory.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies for bicycle products.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and report results.
- Identify, approach and nurture relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct market research and gather intelligence to inform sales tactics.
- Manage stock and inventory levels for the assigned territory.
- Promote the brand through on‑ground activities and roadshows.
Required profile
- Age between 21 and 30 years.
- Male gender.
- Own a smartphone and be confident riding a bicycle.
- Strong sales drive, resilience and ability to work independently.
- Completed high school (secondary education).
