BPO Executive – Recruitment Outsourcing

About the role

We are seeking a BPO Executive specialized in recruitment outsourcing to work directly within one of our international client’s teams. The role will manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, act as an extension of the client’s internal talent acquisition function, and uphold VIZX Global’s standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Execute full‑cycle recruitment: source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews and follow‑up with candidates.
• Utilise client‑specific ATS and job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed and ZipRecruiter to maintain structured pipelines.
• Serve as an extended member of the client’s recruitment team, attend check‑in calls and respond promptly to staffing needs.
• Track and report recruitment metrics (submissions, interviews, offers, placements) on a daily/weekly basis.
• Provide market insights and ensure a high‑quality candidate and client experience throughout the hiring journey.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a BPO, RPO or staffing agency environment.
• Experience supporting international hiring for the USA, Canada, UK or European markets.
• Strong command of written and spoken English and professional stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in US or EU aligned time zones when required.
• Self‑driven ownership mindset with ability to work independently while meeting KPI targets.
