About the role
Muraga Technical Training Institute is looking for a qualified Building Technology Trainer to join its teaching team in Westlands, Nairobi. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high‑quality instruction to students pursuing careers in construction and building technology.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver classroom sessions covering core building technology concepts.
- Develop and update teaching materials, presentations and practical exercises.
- Assess learner performance through tests, projects and practical evaluations.
- Maintain accurate training records and provide feedback to students.
Required profile
- Minimum Diploma in Building and Technology.
- Demonstrated pedagogical skills – a must for effective teaching.
- Strong communication abilities and a passion for education.
Required skills
- Solid knowledge of building technology principles.
- Proficiency in instructional methods and classroom management.
