Business Analyst – Automotive Sector

About the role

As a Business Analyst you will act as the bridge between business needs and technical delivery, driving digital transformation and application modernization within the automotive sector. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, architects and project managers to translate requirements into actionable epics and functional specifications while fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into supported epics, user stories and functional specifications.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and proactively remove obstacles.
• Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions and presentations for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Advise stakeholders on priorities, alternatives and impact of decisions.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects and development teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Promote an open culture of knowledge sharing, peer reviews and continuous learning.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in digital transformation or application modernization.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication in both Dutch and English.
• Experience or interest in the automotive sector is a plus.
