Business Analyst (Research & Development)

About the role

The Business Analyst (Research & Development) will support Brites Management Services Limited in driving data‑driven decisions across the real‑estate portfolio. You will conduct market research, analyse business performance and help shape new product initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth market research, monitor trends, competitor activity and investment opportunities in the real‑estate sector.
• Analyse operational data to identify growth opportunities and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Identify emerging innovations, support product development and evaluate new market expansion opportunities.
• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, projects and property‑management teams to provide analytical support for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, market research or real‑estate research.
• Strong understanding of real‑estate market dynamics and industry trends.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with high attention to detail.
