Business Development Manager

About the role

Temenos is seeking a Business Development Manager to accelerate the adoption of its end‑to‑end banking technology suite. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, building strong business cases, and guiding prospects through the sales cycle to close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Articulate Temenos solutions using strategic, value‑based selling and ROI analysis.
• Engage with bank stakeholders to understand their strategy, challenges, and opportunities.
• Partner with technical and non‑technical executives to showcase commercial and technology value.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate quarterly forecasts.
• Develop and execute data‑driven go‑to‑market strategies for the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless end‑to‑end sales execution.
• Build long‑term relationships with senior executives, thought leaders, and alliance partners in the banking sector.

Required profile

• Proven experience in selling complex technology solutions to banking or financial services organisations.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical value propositions.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills at senior levels.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a pipeline.
