About the role

Craydel, Africa’s leading AI‑powered study‑abroad platform, is seeking a Business Development Manager to build and nurture university partnerships that drive student enrollments.

Key responsibilities

• Secure value from university partners through sponsorships, volume‑based incentives and other collaborations.
• Deliver value to partners by sharing monthly insights, organizing trainings and providing regular updates on applicants.
• Drive operational excellence by escalating challenges from the Admissions team and ensuring smooth applicant flow.
• Enable product and marketing teams by documenting unique university value propositions.
• Identify and sign new university partners that match current or projected demand.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment such as a start‑up.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organized with a talent for creating and maintaining trackers.
• Self‑starter who can own projects and deliver results with limited supervision.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, having led a business or side‑hustle.
