Business Manager, Customer Network

About the role

The Business Manager, Customer Network will support the development and execution of the Customer Network Strategy for Absa Group in Kenya. Working closely with the Customer Network Director and other business heads, the role ensures strategic initiatives are delivered across the branch network.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in shaping the Customer Network Strategy by gathering input from business heads, cluster teams and stakeholders.
• Track and report on branch performance against set targets, including profitability and expansion goals.
• Prepare and present management information (MI) packs, briefs and reports from a wide range of internal and external data sources.
• Identify and recommend new branch locations based on market research and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement of reporting and performance conversations.
• Support the Customer Network Director with strategic initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
