Cafe Supervisor

About the role

Saab Bakery & Cafe is looking for a proactive Cafe Supervisor to oversee daily operations in its Westlands location. You will ensure smooth kitchen and restaurant workflows while maintaining high standards of customer service and food safety.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily kitchen and restaurant activities.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance, and training across kitchen and front‑of‑house teams.
• Maintain high customer service standards and promptly resolve complaints.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations in all departments.
• Process customer orders, coordinate dispatch, and oversee timely product delivery.
• Liaise with customers on order status and maintain accurate sales and dispatch records.
• Coordinate deliveries with transport teams and manage stock movement documentation.
• Support sales targets through efficient dispatch and inventory control.

Required profile

• Minimum of one month experience supervising kitchen or restaurant operations.
• Proven ability to manage staff schedules and performance.
• Strong focus on customer service and food safety compliance.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and delivery teams.
