About the role
We are looking for a talented cake baker to join the kitchen team at Cafe Bistro. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high‑quality cakes and pastries that meet our standards of taste and presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Bake and decorate a variety of cakes and pastries to high standards.
- Ensure consistency in flavor, texture, and appearance across all baked goods.
- Assist with bread‑making and other bakery items as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area.
Required profile
- Minimum of 12 months professional bakery experience.
- Strong skills in cake decorating and presentation.
- Culinary diploma is a plus but not mandatory.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for baking.
