Call Agent – Customer Acquisition

About the role

The Call Agent will join RWK Group’s sales team in Nairobi, promoting the MyAccurate Books solution to prospective businesses. You will use phone outreach to generate interest, qualify leads and guide prospects through product demonstrations, contributing directly to the company’s growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and present the benefits of MyAccurate Books.
• Qualify leads by assessing business needs and readiness to adopt the solution.
• Conduct live product demonstrations and answer technical questions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospects, nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (approximately 12 months) in sales, telemarketing or customer acquisition.
• Degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
• Target‑driven, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Passion for helping businesses improve their financial management.

• Ability to handle objections and close sales.
• Basic computer literacy for CRM usage.
