Call Center Agent

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Call Center Agent to join our team on a contractor basis. You will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers, handling inbound inquiries and making outbound calls to promote our books and publishing services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers.
• Receive and respond to inbound customer inquiries professionally.
• Follow up leads, convert prospects into customers, and promote books and publishing services.
• Manage communication via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customers and leads.
• Create and publish engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Support digital campaigns, generate leads through online engagement, and monitor campaign performance.
• Prepare basic performance reports and conduct market research.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (approximately 3 years) in customer service or sales.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle multiple communication channels simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented with good record‑keeping habits.
