Change Control Coordinator

About the role

The Change Control Coordinator will lead and support the Change Management process for WIOCC’s telecom infrastructure. You will act as the main liaison between clients, suppliers and internal technical teams to ensure changes are planned, approved and executed smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Change Management meetings, including Change Advisory Board (CAB) and operational reviews.
• Review, validate and assess change requests for completeness, risk, impact and alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate planning, scheduling, communication and execution of changes throughout their lifecycle.
• Maintain stakeholder alignment, secure necessary approvals and manage resource availability.
• Serve as the primary interface between clients, suppliers and internal technical teams during change implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum three years of experience in telecom change management or a related role.
• Professional certifications such as CCMP, CCNA/JNCIA, ITIL or Project Management.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong client‑facing communication skills.
