Client Executive – Corporate Training & Consultancy

About the role

The Client Executive will be based on‑site in Kenya and act as the primary liaison between Ideal Workplace Solutions and its corporate clients. You will onboard new clients, understand their training and consultancy needs, and ensure services are delivered according to agreed objectives and timelines. The role also involves monitoring client satisfaction and proactively addressing issues to foster long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing engagement with corporate clients, gathering requirements and aligning solutions.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of training and consultancy services.
• Identify opportunities for additional services, support sales proposals, and contribute to revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and issues, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular in‑person and virtual meetings to review outcomes, recommend improvements, and support implementation of programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, customer satisfaction, and B2B sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Background in corporate training, professional services, or consulting is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements independently and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources or a related field preferred.
