Client Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Client Support Specialist to deliver professional assistance to our customers, resolve inquiries, and ensure a positive experience throughout the client relationship. The role is fully remote and requires strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, chat, and other channels.
• Provide accurate, timely information based on client needs and company procedures.
• Troubleshoot issues, offer effective solutions, and follow up to confirm resolution.
• Escalate complex or sensitive matters to the appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, requests, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Monitor open tickets, ensure timely follow‑up, and identify recurring concerns.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to resolve client issues efficiently.

Required profile

• Previous experience in client support, customer service, account management or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home‑office setup.
