About the role
We are looking for a motivated Commission Sales Agent to join M‑Gas in Nairobi. You will work on the ground to promote clean cooking gas, generate leads and close sales on a commission basis.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and convert new leads.
- Engage customers through field sales activities.
- Close deals and drive installations of cooking gas.
- Meet weekly sales targets.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer‑facing roles.
- Field sales (B2C) experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑driven, target‑oriented and comfortable with performance‑based compensation.
- Diploma or Associate’s degree.
