Communications Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Communications Manager to lead both internal and external communication initiatives that align with our brand standards and business objectives. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to shape the company’s narrative across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans for internal and external audiences.
• Create and manage corporate communications such as newsletters, press releases, company profiles, presentations, speeches and announcements.
• Coordinate digital and social media content, publishing schedules and performance monitoring.
• Support media relations, stakeholder engagement, corporate events, employee communications and reputation management.
• Craft engaging stories that highlight the company’s activities, achievements, people, products and impact.
• Maintain consistency of messaging, tone of voice and visual identity across all channels.
• Collaborate with Management, HR, Commercial, Operations and other departments to communicate key initiatives.
• Monitor media and digital performance and produce reports with improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, Media Studies or related field.
• 3‑4 years of relevant experience in communications, public relations, media or digital communications.
• Proven ability to develop communication plans and produce professional corporate content.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling and presentation capabilities.
• Experience managing social media and digital communication platforms.
• Good understanding of media relations, stakeholder engagement and corporate branding.
• Experience working with senior management and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent organizational skills, creativity, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
