Construction Exterior and Interior Works Supervisor

About the role

The Construction Exterior and Interior Works Supervisor will lead day‑to‑day finishing activities on site, ensuring all exterior and interior works meet design specifications and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate finishing trades such as plastering, tiling, painting, ceiling installation, joinery, cabinetry, flooring, waterproofing and decorative finishes.
• Inspect completed works, identify defects, and manage corrective actions before final approval.
• Allocate tasks to artisans and subcontractors, monitor workmanship, and protect finished areas from damage.
• Prepare daily and weekly work plans, track progress against the project programme, and report any delays.
• Verify delivery of materials against approved specifications and ensure timely availability of resources.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years (36 months) experience supervising exterior and interior finishing works.
• Senior‑level competence with a strong eye for quality and detail.
• Ability to read and interpret approved drawings, specifications and method statements.
