Construction Manager – Mid-level

About the role

Victory Farms is seeking a mid‑level Construction Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion. The role requires on‑site presence, strong safety oversight, and the ability to coordinate diverse teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full construction project lifecycles, ensuring timely and budget‑conscious delivery.
• Manage supervisors, foremen, and laborers, maintaining highest safety and emergency response standards.
• Conduct on‑site investigations, technical feasibility studies, and produce blueprints that meet specifications.
• Support procurement of materials and equipment, and lead proactive maintenance of heavy equipment and facilities.
• Identify and mitigate risks, optimize cost efficiency, and resolve emerging issues.
• Monitor budgets, purchase equipment/materials, track progress, and compile regular reports.
• Perform additional relevant tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience commensurate with a mid‑level construction manager role.
• Proficiency in handling Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and using project planning software.
• Strong project management and supervision capabilities.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated professionalism, work ethic, and integrity.
