Consultant – Support Functions

About the role

The World Agroforestry Centre (ICRAF) is seeking qualified consultants to provide support functions across its international programmes. This consultancy will focus on agricultural and biological transactions, intellectual property matters, and cross‑cultural collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with international transactions related to agricultural and biological assets.
• Provide guidance on intellectual property issues within the agroforestry sector.
• Support multidisciplinary teams in a non‑profit environment.
• Facilitate information sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree in agriculture, biology, law, or a related field.
• Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience working in multicultural, multidisciplinary teams, preferably in a non‑profit setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
