Curriculum Design Intern

About the role

We are seeking a creative and motivated Curriculum Design Intern to support the development and review of training materials, course content and learning resources across our consulting programs. This internship offers hands‑on experience in instructional design within a professional environment, ideal for students or recent graduates.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and formatting of training materials and course content.
• Research and compile relevant content for curriculum modules.
• Assist in reviewing and updating existing learning materials.
• Design visually engaging presentations and learner guides.
• Coordinate with trainers and subject‑matter experts to gather content input.
• Help organize and document training sessions and feedback.
• Identify gaps in existing curricula and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications or a related field.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of curriculum or instructional design principles.
• Eagerness to learn and ability to incorporate feedback.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
