Customer Care Representatives Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a driven, hands‑on individual to lead our Customer Care Representatives team. The supervisor will play a central part in delivering customer care that supports both sales targets and customer satisfaction goals across our African operations.

Key responsibilities

• Set and monitor sales targets for the Customer Care team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Support commercial campaigns and telesales activities that drive revenue.
• Oversee daily activities and performance of Customer Care Representatives, ensuring efficient communication with internal teams.
• Equip team members with tools and training needed to meet performance targets.
• Act as liaison between Key Account Managers, Branch Managers, and customers to resolve complaints and inquiries.
• Identify recurring customer issues and implement proactive solutions.
• Collect and report market intelligence to refine customer care strategies.
• Ensure representatives adhere to call schedules, meet performance expectations, and handle client credit suppression requests.
• Assist with invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely documentation, and monitor compliance.
• Liaise with Warehouse Manager to maintain accurate stock levels and timely deliveries.
