Data Analyst

About the role

CloudFactory is seeking a Data Analyst to transform raw data into clear, actionable insights that support business decisions across the organisation. Based in Nairobi’s Westlands district, you will work within a mission‑driven, fast‑scaling team to develop and maintain reports and dashboards that drive impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain business intelligence reports and interactive dashboards aligned with key performance indicators.
• Analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns and outliers, and present findings to stakeholders in a concise manner.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data discrepancies, coordinating with data engineers to resolve root‑cause issues.
• Conduct data‑quality checks, flagging and documenting any inconsistencies or missing values.
• Provide first‑line support to end‑users encountering issues with reports or visualisations.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with up to 24 months of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Effective communication skills for presenting findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Collaborative attitude to work closely with data engineers and business stakeholders.
